In her role as Senior Consultant of New Business Development, Peggy creates relationships with key executives to help them implement behavioral programs to increase business performance. Prior to joining DNA Behavior International, Peggy owned her own coaching firm and specialized in guiding financial advisors to create a high performance practice. Her simple philosophy, To build better business, first build a better you??, is a common theme in all of the DNA Behavior programs.

Peggy speaks only from the heart and has the conviction to deliver only the highest quality programs. She inspires her audiences and clients with enthusiasm, passion and a true desire to make a difference in their lives. She is an expert in helping her clients to identify what they want, create a plan to reach these goals, and enable them to keep their energy and focus sustained over time to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Peggy leaves behind a twenty-five year career at recognized financial leaders Nuveen, Kemper, INVEST Financial Corporation, Oppenheimer Funds and LPL Financial Services. This fast-paced and demanding corporate environment allowed her to develop her natural talents in sales, training, management and marketing.

Peggy received her Bachelors Degree in Management from the University of Illinois and has completed extensive courses in Presentation Skills. She received her formal coaching education from Coach U and keeps her skills fresh by attending a variety of education classes and special interest groups. Peggy is a member of the Financial Planning Association and is actively involved in Mentiuum, a mentoring program for businesswomen. She has held the National Association of Securities Dealers Series 7, 63 and 24 Licenses.

In her spare time Peggy enjoys yoga, keeping fit, tennis, reading, movies, fine wines and spending time with her husband, Scott.
