Inside Sales Rep | Financial Services

Position Summary

A growing, international company in the Perimeter Area of Atlanta is ready to onboard a uniquely qualified Inside Sales Professional to support the Sales Team in building a fast growth company. This position focuses on Medium to Large Enterprise Accounts. The position reports directly to the Chief Relationship Officer by supporting the execution of a Sales strategy approved by DNA Behavior leadership team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identifying and creating new qualified opportunities from inbound and current leads
  • Uncover new opportunities and nurture existing opportunities
  • Following a defined sales process
  • Engaging with customers via Telephone, Zoom, Skype and Email to analyze needs
  • Review accounts and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities & close Prospects
  • Collaborating with marketing team and sales team on lead quality and conversion
  • First point of contact with the customers, conduct business dealings in a professional & proactive manner
  • Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts
  • Attend marketing and sales events as needed
  • Meet targeted sales goals
  • Customer Success check-in points for existing clients ? upsell opportunities

Critical Talents, Experience and Qualities

  • 2 -4 Years Sales Experience with Financial Services Sales, SaaS Sales Environment and/or Professional Consulting Sales
  • CRM Experience ? Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Relationship/People-oriented, Outgoing, comfortable developing relationships
  • Highly competitive and has strong follow-through
  • Self-motivated to meet/exceed daily activity goals
  • Detail oriented and comfortable with new technologies
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to set appointments
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer

Compensation: Base Package with Commission
