Outside Sales Rep | Financial Services

Position Summary

A growing, international people insights company in the Perimeter Area of Atlanta is ready to onboard a uniquely qualified Outside Sales Professional to support the Sales Team in building a fast-growth company. This position primarily focuses on the sale of behavioral intelligence solutions Large Enterprise Accounts in the financial services market and is directly responsible for "Opening Doors" to accelerate the sales process with the DNA Behavior team. The position reports directly to the Chief Relationship Officer by supporting the execution of a Sales strategy approved by the leadership team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Uncover new opportunities and nurture existing opportunities - using an "opening door approach"
  • Employ a consultative sales process to prospect, develop and close complex new business opportunities
  • Following a defined sales process
  • Engaging and influencing customers via In-person meetings, telephone, Go-To-Meeting & Zoom, Skype and Email to analyze & qualify needs
  • Preparedness to travel on a reasonable basis
  • Review accounts and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities & close Prospects
  • Collaborating with marketing team and sales team on lead quality and conversion
  • First point of contact with the customers, conduct business dealings in a professional & proactive manner
  • Meet targeted sales goals

Critical Talents, Experience and Qualities

  • 3 -5 Years Sales Experience with Software, SaaS Sales Environment and/or Professional Financial Service Sales
  • CRM Experience - Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Highly initiating, competitive and has strong, determined follow-through
  • Self-motivated to meet/exceed daily activity goals
  • Detail oriented and comfortable with new technologies
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Ability to work in an office and virtual team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to set appointments
